Flekkefjord harbour offers a number of advantages for the offshore industry, with its strategic location and proven experience as a support port for complex operations. The port is close to the oil fields in the southern North Sea, which provides short transit times and efficient logistics for both rig operations and supply services.

With direct connection to European highway E39 , good accommodation facilities and access to modern meeting rooms, Flekkefjord has harbour a significant advantage in terms of rapid mobilization of personnel, equipment and supplies.

The port offers good storage facilities for equipment, containers and special cargo at Abelnes. In addition, the port has extensive experience in Lay up of vessels and rigs, as well as carrying out bollard tests up to 400 tons - in collaboration with FARMAR maritime transport and logistics company.
